Notes from the
show:
"The Bean is one of
our favorite places to play. Not only is the Dry Bean
staff is great to work with, but the crowds that the Bean
consistently draws some of the most fun to play for!
We had our usual bunch of Sonic Rush crazies arrive to the
show and give us the same kind of awesome support they
always do. Show after show, it means a lot to all of
us to see you again and again...thank you!
We can't thank
Caroline (owner) enough for everything she does for our
band. She really has taken an active role in helping
us establish some footing in the Madison area and it would
not be possible without people like her.
To top off the night,
we were pleasantly surprised when the
2007 WJJO
Girls arrived at the show and joined us on stage
(several times) throughout the night. Of course, I was
too focused on playing to notice how little they were
wearing. Thank god for pictures. :)
After the gig, most of
us wandered into a nearby Perkins for breakfast. A
table of nearby women found out it was Kurt's birthday and
they ordered a special birthday piece of pie for him
complete with a candle. Everyone sang for him and we
had some good laughs over bacon, eggs....and one huge pile
of toast. Word to the wise, if your waiter drops your
toast onto the floor on his way to your table, just let it
be.
Daylight Savings Time
came a little earlier this year, so I think it was about 6am
by the time I got home...rock 'n roll baby...

"I saw you guys at
The Bean last Saturday. You are the fuckin shit! Why aren't

I can wait that long! I was the blonde girl with glasses
whose madly in love with Kurt." -TacoMania
