Finally, on a serious note: An old friend by the name of Dave and I had a good conversation about his drive to the Wall Memorial in Washington, D.C. I told him I was planning a trip out East and was going to visit D.C. It was one of those really cool and perfect conversations, all the while pandemonium circled around.
He made me promise to visit the memorial and look for the Baraboo vets that were listed there. We talked about their sacrifice for our country. I promised him I'll pay my respects when I visit.
