"Well, it was one of those nights when we said "HELL YEAH!!!" and the crowd said "HELL F***IN' YEAH!!!". All in all it was a great weekend for Sonic Rush and Sonic Rush sound. A special thanks to all the bands who we did sound for, you guys played a great show. We had a Sonic Rush first on Sunday night, a marriage proposal. Congrats to Jeff and Patty!! You guys are very loyal fans to Sonic Rush and we wish you all the best. Thanks to all the people who were on a walk about and stopped at the campsite to say "hi". And once again the wet t-shirt contest proved to be a bit more than that and it was a good crop (I promise Ma, I wasn't lookin') Sorry guys no pics!! Ha! Ha! Thanks to Border Riders for letting us be a part of their weekend again this year. And last but not least I want to thank our sound and light guys "Pork and Beans" you guys really pulled through for me once again, you did a great job! "WOW! What a weekend I met a lot of great people and ran into some that I haven’t seen in about 10 years. It was also a long weekend for some of us Chris, Pork, Beans and I got up there Saturday at about 9:00 A.M to set up. Border Riders hired us to supply the sound and lights for the weekend and it was a little extra work for this size of a show, but it was well worth it when you stood up at the top of the hill and heard 25,000 watts pounding threw those Bag End speakers. We were told you could hear the bands all the way to Club 33; which is about 3-4 miles away as the crow flies. Pattie, Lynne and Jeff also made it out (3 very hard core fans and great friends). Jeff purposed to Pattie during our show right after "Separate Ways". And, of-course, Pattie said, "yes". We wish them the very best. The Border Riders were once again great to work with and we are looking forward to next year." --Kurt

Your show was exceptional and a lot of fun. It was a great crowd. Well miss you over the summer but we know Greg is busy with flying. Hopefully you can make your way to the bean, blue chalk or badger bowl soon. Next year we are going to get a video together for you guys to send into Summerfest if that is cool with you all and hopefully you will be on the schedule. We thought of it this year but then missed the entry deadline. You would love the stage at Summerfest... how can you go wrong? warmth, water, great music and of course..........................LOTS OF BEER.
